New stockist - Art & Soul

We’re profiling our new stockist, Art & Soul, which just opened new shop in the Fruit Market area of Hull. This is the second branch for the enterprise which started life in the historic town of Beverley in 2020.

The founder of Art & Soul is Dr Jane Berriman, an artist who wanted to help other makers because Covid had made it difficult to attend markets and craft fairs.

The Fruit Market area of Hull was a working area next to Humber Dock, bombed during WW2 but rebuilt in the late 1940s and 1950s. The market area closed in 2009 but has been regenerated over the last couple of years with new housing developments, music venues, independent shops and cafés.

Art & Soul supports makers and artists from across the UK by providing them with retail space. Over the next couple of months, Zena & Rose’s products will be available in the shop and in the Art & Soul hub online.
