Private and corporate workshops
Location
We offer private and corporate workshops in London only.
Numbers and space
We can host your group (max no. 8) at our studio in Chiswick or we can come to you for up to 10 people. The minimum number is 5 people.
In order to run a successful workshop in your space, please consider the following requirements:
- A table of 180cm can fit 2 people. This is because each person will have their fabric/stationery in front of them plus space around it for a paint tray and blocks. So for 10 people you'd need 5 tables (we bring plastic covers).
- One other table required for the tutor to use for the demonstration and samples.
- Ideally the floor of the space should not be carpeted because the paint can stain it (or you accept people have to be careful!).
- A place to stop outside to unload the equipment (it is a couple of large boxes). Any paid for parking is added to the cost.
Dates
Private workshops are only available Monday to Friday, during the day or evening. We are closed on weekends.
Time
40 minutes before and after the time of the workshop is required for set up and tidy up. Workshop times vary as they can be tailored to your requirements but 2hrs is the minimum. We can create a longer bespoke workshop for you - just ask!
Costs
£45 per person for a typical fabric or stationery workshop which is 2hrs.
£55 per person for a typical fabric workshop which is 2.5hrs.
Deposit, terms & conditions
As the workshop organiser, we will send you terms & conditions to sign. You will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to book the date of the workshop. This covers preparation and materials.
Event information & tickets
Once a workshop is confirmed, you will receive an online link to send to your guests for platform Ticket Tailor. This is where they can review all the event information and pay us directly. We will let you know who has signed up.
