Workshop sustainability

Wooden blocks – made from sustainable Sheesham wood sourced from India. Can be reused 100s of times.

Lino blocks – Lino is made from natural materials (linseed oil, pine rosin, wood, cork flour, jute) and is biodegradable. The block is made from fibreboard (made from recycled elements, but not commonly recyclable). A block can be used many times over.

Cotton blanks – These are the blank products onto which the printing will be done e.g. tea towels, cushion covers, tote bags. The blanks are organic cotton which are GOTS certified.

Textile ink – A water-based fabric ink made in the UK.

Sponges, rollers and paint trays – Can be washed and reused many times over.
