Botanical maxi tote bag wood block printing kit

This kit contains all you need to get started with wood block printing, a fun and relaxing textile craft with origins in India. You will learn how to combine blocks to make a pattern and produce a beautiful hand-printed cotton bag. This is not a regular tote bag, it has a gusset which means it can fit loads in.

1 cotton maxi tote bag
2 paint pots (30ml each water-based) & sponges
3 hand-carved blocks from India
1 piece practice cotton fabric
1 cotton felt printing mat

At home you'll need: An iron, paint tray/ plate, paper towel, baking paper, stiff bristle brush.
