The Country Garden collection of wood blocks is exclusive to Zena & Rose. Designed by us in the UK and hand-carved in Jaipur, India.
This design is 'Leaf 3' (5cm high x 2.7cm wide).
Wood blocks can be used for textile and card printing, as well as clay stamps. The wood blocks are made from a very hard Indian wood called sheesham wood and can be used hundreds of times. They do not absorb water or paint and after use, they can be washed with water, liquid soap and a stiff nail brush.
Sheesham wood is a sustainably grown hardwood with export controlled by government license.
ALLERGEN INFORMATION: As part of the traditional hand-made process, the wood blocks are soaked in mustard oil.
